Carl Seiley
Title: President & Chairman of the Board
My role with FLIP: I am responsible for day to day operations, including, but not limited to: content development, design work, marketing, public relations, managerial operations and financial regulation management.
About Me: Ohio is my home because of my amazing family and friends, but I love to travel for adventure — Colorado, California, Tennessee, North Carolina, PA and Hawaii are my favorites. I left my consulting job to start FLIP, so to support my traveling habit I also run an exterior painting business (and a few other things in the past year- roofing, guttering cleaning, remodeling, nanny'ed for a week, and freelance consulting).
Why I want to FLIP? I'm actually not a health fanatic nor a fitness buff... so there's no strong pull to stay active and healthy for either of those reasons. I just know there's so much in this world that I want to do and see — and to accomplish everything I need to be in peak condition throughout life. Also, I've witnessed how badly cancer sucks and what a toll it can take... I want to do everything possible to avoid that horrible disease.

Patrick Morse
Title: Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
My role with FLIP: I support FLIP with project oversight and strategy. As more projects are integrated into FLIP's mission, I provide support for the fundamentals and processes of program management. I help FLIP identify new opportunities where we can have the greatest impact.
About Me: I am in the process of completing my Masters in Business Administration in Project Management at Wright State University. I am a diehard University of Kentucky basketball fan, almost to an unhealthy point ... but I am working on it! I like to stay active and enjoy playing any recreational activity with basketball as my favorite and flag football and softball close second. A vacation for me is more likely in the woods than on the beach. Finally, I am nerd when it comes to spreadsheets.
Why I want to FLIP? The reason I FLIP is to set the tempo in my daily life-style for a long, healthy and happy future. My goal is to treat my body like it's the only one I got. Much like everyone , I still have my vices but FLIP openly recognizes everyone's vices and creates a platform for support and encouragement.

Title: Office Manager, Marketing Coordinator
My role with FLIP: I manage social media, organize and plan fundraising events, network to create partnerships with like-minded organizations and secure donated resources for events.
About Me: When I am not working with FLIP I love to travel, explore, style hair and read. I also coach a middle school cheerleading squad and love trying to inspire young people to reach their potential.
Why I want to FLIP? I want to live a healthier and more fulfilling life and want to inspire those around me.

Callie Dunn
Title: Board Member, Treasurer
My role with FLIP: Accounting records, helping with regulatory requirements and helping with events.
About Me: I love playing basketball, biking, hiking, and doing almost anything outside. I've also been rock climbing, hang- gliding, parasailing, scuba diving, white water rafting, sea kayaking, and love trying new things.
Why I want to FLIP? For my son!

Amelia Dunlap
Title: Board Member, vice-chair(wo)man
My role with FLIP: I am vice-chair(wo)man of the FLIP board and I'm helping to support all aspects of getting the word out there -- PR, events, fundraising, grants, etc.
About Me: I love running, hot yoga, cooking and my family. I've run 4 full marathons and countless half marathons. I met my husband through work, and we live in Columbus with our little pup, Charles. Among my other interests include: Travel, Alliteration, Cheese and Surfing the Internets.
Why I want to FLIP? I grew up in a family that believes in the need to accept the things you cannot change and the courage to change the things you can. There are so many aspects of cancer that we can change -- and it starts one person at a time making healthy decisions, living an active lifestyle and having a lot of fun along the way.

Stephanie Pavol
Title: Board Member
My role with FLIP: I support FLIP's communications and marketing efforts, including social media, as well as provide development and fundraising assistance.
About Me: I was born on Valentine's Day and the doctor's name was Dr. Hart. I'm a proud Ohio University Bobcat and Cincinnati sports fan. My husband Zach and I love trying out all of Columbus' best places to eat. We post our recommendations at www.ColumbusRestaurantReview.com.
Why I want to FLIP? I want to FLIP to have a healthier lifestyle and be able to enjoy more physical activities. Plus, we know the important role that healthier lifestyles play in preventing cancer and other chronic diseases. I want to take a proactive stance in fighting these diseases.

Sarah Elek
Title: Board Member, Secretary
My role with FLIP: I serve on the Board of Directors as Secretary and help out with any upcoming events and initiatives, specifically in the area of marketing and partnerships.
About Me: Currently, I work in marketing for a health care association, which combines the two areas I'm most passionate about: marketing and health. When I'm not working, I love to travel, cook and cheer for the Buckeyes. I also have the very useless skill of memorizing movie lines and applying them to real life events.
Why I want to FLIP? I want to FLIP for a lot of reasons. First, the number of diseases directly related to lifestyle is frightening. So my hope is to change little things now to stay healthy in the future. I'm starting with exercising more and eating less processed food (fried cheese doesn't count, right?). The other reason I want to FLIP is to INSPIRE my family and friends to do the same.
